TET 2022 Eligibility criteria In order to appear for the TET 2022, candidates should fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria comprising the educational qualification and age limit. The TET eligibility criteria differ from state to state. However, the basic criteria remain the same that candidates need to fulfil in order to appear for a TET. The basic eligibility criteria are: Candidates should be class 12 passed or a graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 45 per cent marks Candidates should have obtained a Diploma in Education or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or completed any other prescribed teacher training programme/course Candidates should be of minimum 18 years of age There is no upper age limit for CTET and various TET exams
